Espri continued running, keeping her pace even as not to tire quickly. After doing this for a while, she upbruptly stoped. She stood as silently as she could. They were withing reach of the mountians now, but something wasn't right. The silence was ominus- not even a bird was singing. She cautiously looked around, turning only her head. They werern't alone. She wanted to call up to Lily, but it was too late. Arrows began to rain down- her friend must have been spotted. She stashed Minx behind a bush, instructing the little cat to stay. She ran forward, hoping to meet her friend as she landed.
