Crisp, Cold Air (OPEN)

Kallee sat at the edge of camp, waiting. What was she waiting for? Even she didn't know. But for some reason, the changling had had a sudden urge for some quiet time, and so she sat, with her back to the camp, staring out into the snowy fields.

The dark-haired girl smiled as she watched a flying figure dive towards her. The red-tailed hawk slowed as it approached, finally landing on Kallee's upheld left forearm.

"Hi, Marrow. Have a nice fly?" she asked, stroking the bird's head. He blinked at her and butted her hand with affection. Kallee let out a contented sigh and let her gaze sweep over the field in front of her.

"Beautiful, isn't it?" she said to no one in particular.

Lyu winced as he walked through the camp, he knew people here and they knew him. He sighed as her pulled his jerkin up around his ears and then hitched his pack around on his back as he walked through the thinning tents and out on to the plains, there were no people here as it was too cold for them, being in and around the tents meant there were other people around and other people meant body heat, and heat meant warmer people and warmer people stuck together. Lyu shivered and rubbed at this eyes and then felt his jerkin tug a little as he shivered, his wings wanted to be free

*Quick question. is it a changling camp or human? Im assuming human, if im wrong just lemme know and i'll change it.

Luke padded through the snow at an easy pace, enjoying the scenery around him. He was wearing a thick winter jerkin on his upper half, his lower half in its changling form protected by fur which had soon become thick and white since he'd came to the colder regions. Jumping easily on top of a snow mound he looked around, seeing if he could find the human camp he'd heard about. "Lets see....uhhhh....ah! There it is!" Spying the cluster of buildings that made up the camp Luke jumped down from the mound, sending up a flurry of snow, and loped off toward the camp, staying in changling form to go faster. He stopped a little ways before he got to the camp though and changed back into human form then, making sure he was properly clothed, smiled. "Time to go get some free food." Whistling a little tune he walked towards the camp.
