Vale woke up with a yawn, rubbing the sleep from his eyes and crawling out from the shelter they'd made. He sighed. "I hate the desert so much. It so hot, theres to much sand, and im pretty sure something bit my tail last night." He grabbed his tail and started looking it over worriedly.

With a low laugh, Rina streached and swished her tail once as she stood up. The sun blinded her and she scowled. "I don't care much about the sand or any bugs...it's the heat I'm worried about." she checked her bag and her frown deepened. "I don't know where we're gonna get more water."
Her worried gaze shifted to look at the bright sun and she sheilded her eyes. "Also, the suns rays could literally cook us if we don't cover our skin."

Vale shot her a glare as he heard her laugh. He sighed, looking up at the hot sun. "Well we can carry the tent over our head with the poles we used to tie it down. As for water, if we dont find a spring there are only two ways I know to get it, and both of these were told to me by someone else so i've never tried it before. You either have to dig down into the sand somewhere till you hit water, though I think it needs to be a special place, or you find a cactus.....see any cactus?"

*O.O...they did!! YAAAAY!!! They hatched!*
"Well, yes we could do that with the tent, but it'd be a lot of work." Rina replied, glancing around. "No cactus here...but I'm sure we'll find some." she thought for a moment. "If we travel at night, it'd be cooler, but more dangerous...." she muttered. She searched through her bag, expression still thoughtful and serious. "Here," she pulled out a long white robe. "I only have one, and I think you'd like that better than using a few long-sleeved shirts." she pulled out a shirt for herself. "We don't wanna burn our skin."
