Name - Emmeline
Gender - Female
Age - 6 years old.
Species - Child of the Elements
Element type - Water. (But has much for fun with snow and ice)
Family - Her mother, Marie is distant and quiet, she tends to avoid Emmeline and only talks to her when she has no other choice. Her father died before she was born of a sickness, and she has a much older brother who ran off as soon as he could get away from his parents. Emmeline barely remembers him, he ran away before she'd seen her third winter. Word has it he died, but no one truly knows.
Powers - Emmeline has recently discovered she can make waves grow when she tries hard enough to make them, and is working on moving water on her own.
Clan - Swan
Appearance - Emmeline has long, bright blue hair, with icy blue eyes. Her skin is pale, practically white. She's a little tall for her age and is very thin, which worries her mother when she's out in the cold. Her lips may be a natural pink but are nearly always blue from her spending too much time in the cold, along with her nose.
Personalilty - Emmeline is quiet, but talks to her best friends, but they live in her mind. She loves water, snow and ice. She hates eating meat but has no other choice at times. She loves animals but likes giving them their space. She doesn't like other people much, and shies away from large groups or crowds. When she's not around water, she likes watching the sky. She likes adventuring, and exploring new things, but not when she's forced to or has to do so with someone else.
Weapons - Emmeline has only one weapon of her own: a sharped rock that she uses has a knife. It's grown dull from her scratching pictures into rocks.
Other equipment - A thick coat, and a make shift fishing line.
History - Emmeline grew up in an icy tundra, with her mother, they'd always kept their distance from the rest of the clan. Emmeline never had friends, she usually just stayed away from everyone, but when she was younger she would follow her mother around, no matter where she went. She would watch her sew, and prepare food, she was amazed by it, almost as much as she was amazed by water. But as she got older, things changed. Her and her mother grew more distant from each other, and before even one season had passed, Emmeline found herself sitting at the edge of the lake in the snow each morning, where she would jab at the ice with a stick until it would break open enough for her to see water. And for the rest of the day, her and her best friends would play with the water. She'd return in time for dinner, and pick at her food as she always did, then hurry to bed because the sooner she fell asleep the sooner she could wake up and go to the lake. That was how she spent all of her days, unless there was something important she had to do, which was rare. Her mother had been questioning her about when she learned she was able to move water and all Emmeline knew was that she didn't recall when it started, she'd loved water for as long as she could remember.
RP sample ---> Emmeline sat silently on the edge of the bank, telling the water to move with her mind. She cringed her eyes shut tight. It took all she had to force the water upwards. She opened her eyes just in time to see the small wave raise up in the water, and it fell, splashing against the ice. She smiled at her work. She could do it, and she could do more, with enough practice, she was sure of it. Emmeline leaned back, sitting on her feet. Closing her eyes, she felt the wind whip her hair against her face. The cold felt amazing.
"Emmeline," a voice whispered, "Emmeline..."
Emmeline leaned forward, eyes still shut. "Nova, is that you?"
She heard a low chuckle, "Of course, Silly, who else would it be?"
"I- I don't know..." Emmeline whispered. The voices in her head had grown to be so loud, she would've sworn the voice had come from elsewhere, that she heard Nova outside of her head. It sounded like he was sitting next to her. Her eyes shot open and her head jerked sideways. No one. There was no one there. He was still in her head...
