Since your site doesn't appear to have a c-box, or any other means of communication where one of the admins can be reached without needing to join the site itself, I decided here would be the best place for it.
I'm an admin on the roleplay site Running Out of Time. One of your members has posted a duplicate ad, which is against our site policy. Originally, you had posted an ad in our 'First Time' sub-board. This is acceptable. When we exchanged a link to our own site in return, it was clearly labeled as 'LB;' or, "Link-Back."
You then posted another ad under our link back section. We're going to keep your original ad, but the one posted in the link back board has been deleted, as there was no need to link to your site twice. By no means is anyone upset with you, we just wanted to let you know.
Also, a friendly suggestion. You might want to consider getting a shoutbox for your site. It would be more helpful for times like these and potential new members who may have questions about the site as a whole.
Also, you should probably create your own Link Back sub-board in your advertisement board.
