Vale registered that the she wolf that had came with Yuan seemed to be talking, or rather argueing, with Yuan but he didn't move from his posistion, his hollow eyes still staring silently into the fire even as Yuan said he wouldn't hurt him. Yah, just like last time. When Nix came in he didn't bother looking up, he couldn't believe she came back. Who would come back to this? He knew she would see the bruises that covered him and the smalll trickle of blood running down his back. None of the others could probably hear it but with his sensitive ears he could ear each drop fall to the floor. It was all he could focus on, he thought he'd hit his head when Yuan slammed him down but he wasn't sure, everything was kind of hazy in his mind. "Drip...drop...drip..." He echoed the sound every time he heard a drop hit the floor.

The demon sat where he had been when the girl walked out of the cave and he was still there as she returned, carrying the firewood in her arms. As she spoke Yuan moved his head to look at her, their eyes meeting for a second, his almost black in the lack of fire as the demon for the moment had his back to it, and her shining weakly in the fluttering light. Then Yuan stood up and moved to let the girl pass right into his trap, collected by his hunger for the sweet taste of nightmares that could only be created by the children of humans, the demons eyes flashed in wonder for a second but as soon as the girl had passed Yuan’s eyes was back to normal.
The wolf at his side, the male one seemed pretty lifeless and the demon had started to wonder if it was awake or not but it growled as the girl passed him, her shoulder so close he could reach out to her but one should not underestimating the girl, her reflexes ought to be good seeing how much she seemed to hate every unknown creature around her. Yuan tilted his head, looking after the girl with an interested smile, wanting to challenge her and see if she was as strong as she gave shine of but still, food was sweeter than a fight.
Sitting down by the fire once more Yuan smiled at the changelings with a mouth filled with sharp teeth and gentle eyes, a twisted and sick image.
“You guys can go ahead and sleep, I won’t do you a thing, don’t worry.” Looking at the feline boy with Fenris at his side, the wolf still protecting the child even thou she must feel the boy’s mistrust. “I have a life time to wait but you’ll get tired sooner or later, better sleep when I’m not hungry. Besides, I grow stronger the more you fear so please don’t try anything.”

Nix felt her skin bristle again as the demon spoke to her once again and she snapped her head away from the fire and she looked up at him ,"do not get me wrong here" she snapped quickly and she felt ghost lift his head. "I am not scared of you, scared of freezing to death or my brother freezing yes, totally and utterly" she said as ghost rest his head in her lap and then she snapped her eyes up to lock them with the demon boy ,"but not you, never flicking you" she hissed before looking back at the fire. Her claws fingers scratched against her skin and she flexed her fingers out and she heard ghost give a small whine beside her to tell her she could sleep if she wanted and he would keep watch but nix was too fuelled with anger to even consider sleeping right now.

Vale heard what was being said but it didn't really click in his mind. He just couldn't focus on anything. He shivered a bit, feeling kind of hot. His mind did register the word sleep though and he looked over at Yuan, his eyes half closed as he slightly swayed back and forth. "Sleep....yah...I could go for a nice...long...rest." He fell backwards onto the floor, not even trying to cushion his fall and not feeling a thing but the heat growing and his head all fogged up.

Yawning the Abaddon lay back on the floor, ignoring the girl. Life was quite simple, kills or gets killed but the demons stood outside the definition of ‘life’ since their existence itself was not really alive from the beginning. But get too caught up in questions without and you’ll fall into the deeps of your mind, never to get up again.
A ‘Heart’ gives feelings and comes with great regret and sadness. A demon had nothing like that; they lived without a heart and would always be unable to feel like human beings do. Perhaps it was a blessing or a curse? Who would know?
Even thou the boy shut out the girl’s words they mocked him. Tired of all the **** I’m not scared of you. Lies, lies, lies, humans were such lying creatures denying all and everything to not show weakness. Whispering to nothing but the darkness and the blizzard sending cold air toward the Abaddon’s face, the demon laid with his back at the human children,
“Lies, lies, lies… What foolish creatures…”

Nix watched both the boys lay down again and she bent over and picked a stick up from the fire and then walked over to the cave entrance and leaned up against the cold rock wall and looked out in to the snow. Ghost came over and laid beside her and she smiled a little bit before she jabbed the burning stick in to the soft ground and let it burn brightly beside her, she really didn't fear the demon boy or really anything in her life, there was only really one thing that scared her and thar was the idea of her family being hunted or hurt. Wolves were disliked by the humans and she knew they always would dislike them but it's made her worry about her family to no end when they came near to the human clans, but it wasn't like anyone would understand that she feared nothing aside her families pain

Devan's eyes had closed while he was in his little fever daze and as he moved a little he heard a wet 'plunk' and felt something sticky. Sitting up his looked down to see he'd fell in a small pool of his blood from the cut which had now thankfully stopped bleeding but now his blood was all over his back and fur. That was enough to knock him out of his daze and a shiver went down his spine. "Ew!" He jumped over Yuan and ran right past Nix until he reached the snow, landing on his back and using his feet/ paws to move him across it, trying to get the blood off him.
