"No, Kiche. Forget it will you?" the red-head said for the hundredth time that day. The red wolf beside him gave a snort, swishing her tail defiantly.

She glared at Ryosis. "Well, why not? You haven't been there in ages and I'm dying to see Veista." she stated with a frown, mentioning her wolf friend.

Rosis sighed in aggravation and put a hand to his head. "You know, sometimes I wish I never learned to talk to you." he muttered, shaking his head silently. Kiche growled, annoyed and rolled her blue eyes.

"That's coming from you. You who wanted to understand me oh so badly." her feral smirk made him glare at her.

"Funny, very funny." he said sarcastically.

Kiche gave a laugh. "You fool." she said light-heartedly. "They all love you very much. It's not like you'll be attacked when you get there."

"You don't know that." he replied glumly.

"I do know that."

"Do not."

"Yes, I do."

"Are we arguing again?" Ryosis glanced over at the red she-wolf with a wry smile.

She gave a smirk. "Like we always do." she responded.

They both laughed together. Soon, they came to Mountain Camp that they'd always called their home. Ryosis took a breath and walked through the wooden fence.

"Here we are."

[Lyu]

Lyu was bored. His tribe leader had been told to meet with the mountain tribe over another case of stolen children but lyu had been forced to go along too, sometimes he hated his high rank among the fire tribe guards but he knew it was his duty. he gave a small sigh and looked out of the door way of the tent and spotted a small girl carrying a little doll in her hands and gave a small sigh before twitching his golden wings and then tipping his head to his leader as a request to stretch his legs. The old man looked him over with pale and misty eyes before nodding quickly and then turning t the young mountain leader to begin talking again as lyu stood up and ducked out of the tent

Nothing had changed.

"Well, things seem to be just as lively as ever." Kiche joked amusedly.

Ryosis chuckled lightly. The village was quiet and any children playing about didn't run around like a pack of wild animals like in the other camps.

It was silent and peaceful here. He'd always liked that about this place. "I wonder if my parents..." he began, glancing at Kiche.

She looked at him somberly. "You won't know until you talk to the village elder." she told him.

He gave a sigh and nodded. "Yeah, I know that." he strode into the village, ignoring any looks sent his way as he walked with his long-legged stride, the red she-wolf trotting beside him.

Ryosis could feel the eyes on him. They weren't hostile or catious...no. They were curious. Still..."Why are they all staring, Kiche?" he said under his breath.

The wolf gave a low bark-laugh. "You're a new face, Ryo dear." she replied with a twinkle in her blue eyes.

Wonderful. Just wonderful.

[Akiko]

Akiko smiled. The moon looked beautiful. She heard a wolf quite close, she could also hear some mumbling. She walked closer to the sounds trying not to be noticed.she hid behind a rock and tried to listen.

She accidentally shifted position and broke a twig. Silence fell...

[Lyu]

Lyu stepped away from the leaders tent and dipped his head to a few of the members of this partner tribe and got a few nods and giggles in a reply but he merely walked past everyone. He soon reached the edge of the camp and looked around, everyone was so jumpy lately. What with the children being taken from so many humans clans and new half humans being found every few days, everyone was on edge and any one new was disliked instantly. He hated how the lives of all his kind had been changed by one insane mage

Kiche and Ryosis both heard the snap of a twig, but it was Kiche -ever the curious one - who went to investigate. She walked to where the sound had come from and found a young girl hiding as she watched Ryosis walk by.

Of course, the girl probably couldn't understand her, but as she moved closer, she wagged her tail in greeting.

"Hey, Kiche...what's up?" Ryosis called as he paused, looking over his shoulder.

When she didn't reply, he shrugged and continued on. Kiche was a wolf. She did what she wanted. As he neared the leader's tent, he saw a couple of people standing around.

He stopped and asked the nearest person, a boy with dark hair, "Is the Elder busy?"

[Lyu]

Lyu sighed and then looked out across the tribe lands and sighed, he missed being high up in the fire tribes many hills and caverns and being able to jump down and fly off when the younger guards tried to question his power. He heard a voice behind him and flicked his golden wings rather irritably and shook his head ,"well of course they are, what with the food shortages and child kidnapping we all are kinda busy" he said with a sharp tone before he turned around to find himself facing a boy with red hair. "who wants to know?" he asked with narrowed eyes as he looked the boy over before his wings twitched on his back again

Ryosis frowned at the mention of what had been happening in the tribes. "So it's gotten that bad, huh?" he muttered, half to himself.

He knew that the reaction from this gaurd - he supposed that was what he was, or something close to that - was only natural. Ryosis was a new face. Someone unknown by the younger generation.

"My name is Ryosis. Ryo for short." he told the boy and shifted his weight to his other foot. "My father was one the Elder's Watchers and my mother was a Healer. You probably don't know their names unless they're still here..." he trailed off for a moment, taking a slow breath.

Where they even here? "My fahter's name is Rykon and mother was called Yura. Short for Yuramina."

[Lyu]

Lyu listened to the boy and then shook his head ,"I'm not a guard for this tribe, I'm here from the fire tribe with my leader who's trying to work out why mostly our children are the ones going missing" he said with a small sigh. "they brought me along as both top guard and because I knew one of those taken, she was a friend if someone I used to know" his said in a stiff voice as his wings twitched again behind him. He turned away from the other boy and looked away from the camp and then sighed again ,"the camps can't keep taking in new half humans at this rate, soon the humans will notice and they'll blame us again" he said with a small growl edging in to his voice

[Akiko]

Akiko got up. They sounded friendly. She turned to the group, put her arms crossed over her heart and said "Peace." She walked up to them and smiled, they were talking about family matters. She was confused. She would never talk about her family yet these people talked so freely about it. Although a boy tall, black hair, spoke about something that caught her eye.

Kidnappings. She spoke up "What's the matter, sorry I missed the begining of what you where saying."

The small and quiet girl had gotten up as lyu had been speaking and he heard her move towards him from behind and as she spoke he raised an eyebrow, "nothing that concerns you" he said sharply as he watched her move and speak and act. She did not greet like every other tribe or clan member in the region, it was a custom to cross your fists over your chest and dip your head in greeting only and anything more or less was really an insult but lyu took her age to be her downfall. He looked at the red haired boy and raised an eyebrow again, what had been his excuse for not greeting anyone then..

Ryosis looked thoughtful as the boy spoke. "Ah, I see." he muttered quietly. As the girl Kiche had seen came closer, the red she-wolf slinked to his side.

"Ryo, you forget your customs." she growled lowly, but in a motherly way.

Said boy looked startled. He had forgotten. "Oh, I apologize. I haven't seen a tribe, nor been in one, for years, so many customs have been lost to me." he spoke, finally greeting the boy in front of him with swift movements.

"Thanks, Kiche." he glanced at the wolf. She gave a grin of sorts and swished her tail as she sat.

"Is that Ryo?" a soft voice asked as a tall woman with dark hair stepped over. Her eyes were bright green.

Kiche looked up just as he did, and Ryosis gave a surprised yelp. "You're still here!" he exclaimed, relived. The woman gave a small laugh.

"Of course." she smiled. A sad frown touched her lips. "Your father, however, is not."

[Akiko]

"Excuse me" Akiko said, "You were talking about something that concerns the whole forest. Therefore, speak, who be you lot any way" she emerged a stronger person, more majesticly. Although she didn't care she probably made a fool of herself I mean she is a child after all.

"I can tell you" a stranger approached. "Theives. Stupid thieves. Half humans gone missing, too many to soon. People are going to notice." When the person emerged, she was a hanyou. Tall, obviously a half or so fox.

"Appologies, my name is Hotaru." she said. "The young one should know."

Akiko replied, "I am Akiko, but i tend to be called Aki"

Yuramina turned to Hotaru with a polite smile. She had glimpsed the fox woman among the rest of the women in the camp, and now was finally able to properly intorduce herself. "Hello, Hotaru. My name is Yuramina. I have not formally met you," she smiled and laughed. "Probably because I've not seen you come to the medical tent."

"You're still the Healer?" Ryosis asked, grinning.

She nodded. "Yes, I am. Oh and Hotaru..." she looked over at the Hanyou again. "I have two daughters - twins- that are also Hanyous. I know if they were hear, you would have gotten along nicely."

Her smile was warm and motherly. She glanced at Kiche next and with a pat to the head, greeted the she-wolf, too.

Finally, she looked at Akiko. "Hi there, sweetie. It's nice to meet such a youthful girl." she smiled warmly.

[Lyu]

Lyu narrowed his eyes at the whole situation, he really had a thing about avoiding people and this was just getting him rather mad. "no, if you wanna go die or have nice experiments done on you then I would tell you about what's happening but I think you don't so I won't" he snapped at the little girl beside him before turning his back to the group and walking away. He walked towards the edge of the camp before looking around and then reaching a hand up to his back and tugging at the rope he used to keep his golden wings tied safely on to his back
