Co-admin and mod roles

This is a very important message and all need to read/see it, you will have received a email about it too!

Due to my staff team being rather busy with life, I have been single handily running the site and I can tell you all this, if I keep this up, I'll lose my job and fail at college. I need three people to take on mod roles for the site, and as of now, I'm taking away the roles from our current  staff team as they simply don't seem to have time to help out and we don't want to burden them. New roles and their jobs are listed below - 

Co-admin - high ranking job - my second in command
Duties

• Reading new applications and checking them over - ideally I will actually approve all but I want all apps approved within two days of being made so if I haven't done it and it looks good, them please approve it yourself
  
• Check the site over - make sure all threads are active and pm members of inactive threads with three days warnings of losing their thread if they don't comment
  
• Thread analysis - Make sure all threads are inkeeping with the time zone and the rules, no godmodding or power playing or time skipping or out of time zone items - example of not allowed below
  
  Godmodding - bob stabbed Fred and Fred died
  Time skipping - bob built a fire and then a shelter and went to sleep 
  Power playing - bob stabbed Fred and and Fred screamed out "why did you do that?" and hit him before falling to the floor and dying
  Out of time zone items - bob used his laptop to find the nearest deer herd
  

Mod
Duties

• Looking over new apps and telling members if massive things need edits
  
• making sure there is no Cbox spam and pming me if there is
  
• making sure there is no spamming any where on the site
  
• general meeting and greeting and moddie friendly stuffs 
  

Ad Mod - in charge of all the sites advertising - will need to know a bit about proboards - MOST IMPORTANT ROLE THAT NEEDS FILLING
Duties

• Checking All sites who advertise on our site to make sure they are decent and keep in with our rules,(see board for details), and we can link back to them - if we can't, delete the ad
  
• linking back to all ads who advertise on our site
  
• advertising our site when time is available 
  
• clicking on our affiliations in the aff table at the bottom of the page and making sure a) our aff button is still up on their site b) they are still active

Why should Nix pick you: I really enjoy the site and I promise to look after the users carefully. I can take responsibilty when ever it's needed. I believe you have put much work into this site and I really want to be a part of it.

Why you want it - I love to help and I'd like to keep this site going. You did shuch a good job with it and I'd hate to see it wither and die...since I'm no good with Ad's, I'll do this so that the site keeps going.^^

How often can you be active to play your role - At least four times a week and sometimes every day all week; excluding weekends for now (May be able to get on during weekends once I get my own PC and have everything with my appartment settled).

Why should nix pick you - I am very hardworking when I have a responsability and will do my best to keep this site active with the other soon-to-be-staff. I will be able to get on every single day all week and during weekends when I get my own laptop or stationed computer.

Why should nix pick you - Well I can make more than 1,000 word post if needed. I've made a 1095 and a 1700 word posts before. Im active on all the sites in which im on three including this one. Im nice and can help people. I can find alot of places to advertise and will check the sites every time I'm on. I will always affiliate on the sites I post on. I will go on all the places I see advertised on all the sites I'm on. I promise to make alot of new members join.

Why you want it - I figured I could help with it since I browse a lot of other sites and i'd love to take part in the site more.
How often can you be active to play your role - For now I can get on a few times a day since im on summer vacation and I should be able to get on at least once a day throughout the school year unless I get really busy but even then I should be back the next day.
Why should nix pick you - You've known me for a while so you know that I can be relied on and will be there whenever you need me and do my best at my job. Also I go on a few other sites and have advertised for some of them before and got a few new members to come and have also been on here awhile so if anyone has any questions about the site I can answer them and tell them all the wonderful things about it and encourage them to come check it out. ^^

Thanks to everyone who applied and depending on if out current team aren't around, I may call on the others who applied to help. The three people who got a staffer job will need to make a new account and this new account will be given all the powers the role needs. You will all be needed to start by the 13th ,(two days time), so I hope to see your new accounts made so I can power them up!
