A half human male may mate with a human female and this can result in a child, these are called changlings. They are raised with their mother clan until a human clan may be found and they may be passed to them to live a human life. They are born very rarely but their type is increasing.
These children still have some of the power that one of their parents will have given to them and they can change their lower half or arms into a type of animal. This is not always the same as that animal their parent was though and so their arm changlings of all animal types. They are feared by normal humans and are normally never find out about their power or it they do they find out and then hid it away and never use it but a few have started going out into the world and using their power to help people ot themsleves in what they do
